Jesus' mother says 'Yes,' to what was a very strange request, to conceive the Lord without relations with a man. And yet, she agrees to play the essential role in messianic history. Have you been asked to say 'Yes' to serve someone else? Think of one way you have been asked to serve where your initial reaction was 'No.' You might have been too busy.
Today, trying saying 'Yes' to one way you are being called to serve.
Amen.
