Practical Tip Of The Day:

How can we claim to understand God's calling for us if we do not study Him? For this Christmas, order a copy of Rediscovering Jesus for a powerful, personal study of God's son. Get to know Him! Amen.

Video Of The Day:

Bishop Barron -

Advent is not a time of cozy anticipation!

Historically, before, during and after Christ's time, Israel was a very difficult place to be. The Babylonians had defeated Israel and the Jews experienced great oppression. And then, Jesus comes, to help lead the Jews back to the Lord.  And His kingdom is so radical, so uplifting, we can not help but be filled with an anticipation for not only a powerful re-birth, but can pray on how this re-birth can renew our very own lives.
